As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Castle York and Marcella Francis York; and his sister Patty Bull. He is survived by: his wife Brenda York; his children, Tee York (Elaine DeLamar) and Brandon York of Bridgeton, MO.; his granddaughters, Juliana and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Cole of Lithonia and Barney Johns of Dahlonega. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
