He was predeceased by: his father Billy Franklin Stowe; and his brother Sam Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Samantha Stowe, Anthony "Tony" Franklin Stowe (Jeannie) and Chase Franklin Stowe; his mother Mary Agnes Ramsey; his grandchildren, Vivika Stowe and Ethan Franklin Stowe; and his siblings, Phyllis Ann Lupfer, Angela Stowe, Carlotta Guillebeau (David) and Jim Cannaday (Tracey). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
