She was predeceased by : her father Charlie Fountain, Jr.; and her brother Randy Fountain. She is survived by : her husband David Bledsoe of Lizella; her sons, Kevin Hawkins of Lizella and Chad Fowler (Kristen) of Byron, Georgia; and her mother Teresa Christine Fountain.
