He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard Kelly, Mary Kelly and Edward Parham; and his nephew Jett Rader. He is survived by: his parents, Peter Parham (Linda) and Candee Hatfield (Mike); his brothers, Marvin Chapman (Jessica), Gabriel Chapman (Cynthia) and John Rader (Micaela); his grandmother Rita Ruth Rose Parham; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many Nieces, nephews, cousins.
