He was predeceased by : his siblings, Troy Hardy Bedingfield and Irene Parks Bedingfield; his wife Louisa Malcom Bedingfield; his brothers, Ronald and Charles (Jean); and his nephews, Mark and Andy.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Jackson (Darrell) of Williamson and Laura B. Whisenant (Butch) of Lake Hartwell; his grandchildren, Danny Jackson (Stefanie), Dylan Jackson (Hayley), Robert Clayton Whisenant and Kyle Whisenant; his great grandchildren, Danny J. Jackson, Dustin Jackson, Dominik Jackson and McKenzie Davis; his nephew Ronnie; his nieces, Rhonda, Nicole and Cheryl; his brother Thomas Bedingfield (Sandra); and his sister-in-law Elieen Bedingfield.
