She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Oay Belcher and Hester Marie Bartley Belcher; and her siblings, Pluma Belcher, Roger Belcher and Rickey Belcher.
She is survived by: her husband William Huber; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Samantha Huber; her daughter DesirÄ McCarthy; her grandchildren, Alyssa Ivy, Dalen Ivy and Kaden Huber; and her siblings, Genevieve Golden, Ronald Belcher, Ronnie Belcher, Marie Belcher, Enoch Belcher, Richard Belcher and Roy Belcher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
