He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Earl Rice and Helga Anita Hambrecht Rice; his grandson Maverick Greene; his son-in-law Aaron Mikels; his sisters, Nita Rice and Beverly Webber; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Gloria Suggs; his wife Cindy Suggs Rice; his children, Amberli Knowles (Steven), Brittani Lowe (Damond), Kristina Greene, Katie Rice (Thomas), Brooke Henson (Mitch) and Tabitha Mikels; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Rice, Wyatt Barrett (Zoe), Dominick Lowe (Destiny), Logan Lowe (London), Memphis Lowe, Conagher Barrett, Kendall Mikels, Jersey Lowe, Everett Barrett, Ford Henson and Jamie Greene; his great grandchildren, Reid Lowe, Xavier Barrett and Channing Lowe; and his sisters, Terri Booth, Trish Cosby (Terry), Kelly Lanier (Royce) and Sandy Alphonse (Peter). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
