Gerald S. Knight Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald S. Knight of Locust Grove, Georgia, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Knight (Merle) and Eva Lou Myers (Russ); his brothers, Pat Knight and James Knight (Jean Knight); his daughter Karen Harper; and his grandson Mark Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Knight; his son Ronald G. Hammond; his stepfather Ronald G. Hammond; his grandson James M. Knight (Elizabeth) of Covington, GA; and his siblings, Theron (Ingrid), Gary Knight (Ann), John (Marty), Jim Riley (Fern), Rudy Knight and Sharon Knight Manley (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (329 Glenn Ave, West Liberty, KY 41472). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
