It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Doster of Locust Grove, Georgia, born in Bethlehem, Georgia, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Gartrelle and Abie Louise Griffith Moore; her husband James Vivian Doster; her children, Steven James Doster (Sharon) of Douglasville and Betty Jean Myers; and her sister Frances Louise Simpson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Glenda Alewine (Larry) of Griffin, Carol Ensley (Tim) of Jonesboro, Judy Tucker (Herbert) of Stockbridge and Kay Turner of Jenkinsburg; and her sister Dorothy Peppers of Gainesville. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 40 great-great grandchildren.
