Guery Daniel Varner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guery Daniel Varner (Locust Grove, Georgia), who passed away on April 26, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Augustus Varner and Mary Montgomery Varner. He is survived by: his wife Judy Vanatta Varner of Jenkinsburg, Georgia; his daughter Shannon Varner Alexander (David Hinkleman) of Lilburn, Georgia; his sister Terry Varner Rossi (Armand Michael Rossi) of Inman; his daughter Tabetha Lynn Bolt (Christopher Bolt) of Acworth, Georgia; his grandchildren, Adrian Chase Alexander of Lilburn, Georgia, Sarah Nickole Bolt of Dallas, Georgia, Sophia Bren Bolt of Acworth, Georgia, Max Hinkleman of Stone Mountain and Rae Hinkleman of Chicago, Illinois; his niece Stacey Lynn Boswell of Jackson, Georgia; and his nephew Gregory Allen Entrekin of Jackson. He is also survived by three grand nephews, one grand niece, and nine great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Locust Grove United Methodist Church (211 Peeksville Rd, Locust Grove, GA 30248).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the Locust Grove United Methodist Church to be utilized at their discretion.
