In loving memory of John Mark Harrison Sr. of Locust Grove, Georgia, who departed this world on May 28, 2025 at the age of 77. John Mark leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrison and Jessie Harrison; and his half-siblings, Bud Breedlove, Dot Taylor and Jackie Nash.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harrison; his children, Mark Harrison (Becky) of Flovilla, Angela Partain (Michael Fannin) of Jackson, GA and Tracy Reese of Grovetown, GA; his grandchildren, Kylie Harrison, John Mark Harrison, III, Katy Fannin and Travis Cook (Carrie); and his great grandchildren, Logan and Sutton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haisten Funeral Home (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to Pinecrest Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
