She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Hess. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Pogue (Chris), Jacqueline Daniel (Alan) and James Hess (Laura); her grandchildren, Christopher Daniel (Nicole), Kelly Wilkinson (Daniel), Ashley Dunlop (Michael), Matthew Pogue, Meagan Barry (Aaron) and Morgan Depping (Carter); her great grandchildren, Taylor Elizabeth Harrison, Ellie Brooke Wilkinson, Nicholas Jack Daniel, Charlie Alan Wilkinson, Arya Rayne Dunlop, Drennen Donald Dunlop and Livia Autumn Daniel; and her pet Daisy Mae.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (6439 Spout Springs Rd, Flowery Branch, GA 30542). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
