He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kelly and Myrtie Lorene Thompson (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Thompson of Loganville; his children, Patty Edge of Loganville, Charles Thompson, Jr. (Kim) of Loganville and Kelly Maughon of Loganville; and his grandchildren, Stacey Edge (Deak), Anthony Thompson, Jennifer Thompson, Jeremy Thompson, Christy Harbour, Lindsy Edge (Kip) and Chad Maughon (Kimberly). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; numerous family and friends.
