He was predeceased by: his father Troy Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Nevelle Hawkins; his wife Tracy; his son Reid; his sister Dena Hulsey; his sibling's children, Emily Hulsey-Branum and Jake Hulsey-Branum; his in-laws, Dan and Betsey Smith; his siblings-in-law, Joe Smith and Deanna Smith; his sibling's children, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Eli Borgen and Liliannah Borgen; and his pets, Willis and Lola.
