He is survived by : his mother Nevelle Hawkins; his wife Tracy; his son Reid; his sister Dena Hulsey; his niece Emily Hulsey-Branum; his nephew Jake Hulsey-Branum; his in-laws, Dan and Betsey Smith; his siblings-in-law, Joe Smith and Deanna Smith; his nephews, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Eli Borgen; his niece Liliannah Borgen; and his pets, Willis and Lola.
