He was predeceased by: his wife Rhonda Casper; his father Jimmy Casper; his granddaughter Chloe Casper-Shelton; and his brother Jack Tullis. He is survived by: his children, Christina Rouse (Joshua Rouse), Katlen Shelton (Chris Shelton) and Shane Casper (Carly Casper); his grandchildren, Kyle, Brayden, Aleania, Oaklynn, Millie, Willow, Gregory, Jonathan, Sawyer, Jaxon, Everly, Brooklynn and Karma; his mother Joan Tullis (Donnis Tullis); and his siblings, Julie Boggs (Brad Boggs), Melissa Curry (John Curry) and Matt Tullis (Carrie Tullis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service (288 Hurricane Shoals Rd NE, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
