He is survived by: his children, Christina Rouse (Joshua Rouse), Katlen Shelton (Chris Shelton) and Shane Casper (Carly Casper); his grandchildren, Kyle, Brayden, Aleania, Oaklynn, Millie, Willow, Gregory, Jonathan, Sawyer, Jaxon, Everly, Brooklynn and Karma; his mother Joan Tullis (Donnis Tullis); and his siblings, Julie Boggs (Brad Boggs), Melissa Curry (John Curry) and Matt Tullis (Carrie Tullis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
