He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Jackie Johnson (Kevin), Steven Potts (Corbie), Adam Virgilio (Anne) and Jennifer Dowdy (Kipp); his grandchildren, Meredith Potts, Hannah Potts, Brantley Virgilio, Reece Virgilio, Trevor Virgilio and Katelyn Dowdy; and his sister Glenda Capes Burleson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
