He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jay Perpall, Jr. and Leila Barbara Perpall (Todd). He is survived by: his wife Belinda L. Perpall of Loganville; his children, Lee Webster (Isaac) of Flowery Branch and Jay Perpall (Jacquie) of Social Circle; his brothers, Dr. Michael Perpall (Beth) of Norcross and Dick Perpall (Carol) of Danielsville; and his grandsons, Nicolas Perpall, Nathan Perpall, Caleb Webster, Jacob Webster, Jack Webster and Joshua Webster.
