He was predeceased by: his wife Maudie Irene Chriswell (Davis); his granddaughter Kelly Ann Chriswell; his parents, Clifford Walker and Helen Ruth Chriswell; and his brother Duncan "Humpy" Chriswell.
He is survived by: his children, James Walker Chriswell, Jr. of Loganville, Elizabeth Ann Chriswell of Loganville, Robin Amanda Chriswell of Newnan and Adam Michael Chriswell (Angel) of Monroe. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
