She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Butcher; her son Eddie Butcher; her parents, Hobart Waco and Agnes Rose Crowe (Burnside); and her brothers, Hobart and Thomas Crowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl V. Butcher, Jr. (Butch) and Russ Butcher (Jill) of Loganville, GA; her brother Donald Crowe (Frances) of Conyers, GA; her sister-in-law Jackie Crowe of Stockbridge, GA; her grandchildren, Katie Connor (Michael) of Savannah, GA, Meg Richardson (Bobby) of Monroe, GA, Carleigh Satterfield (Dillon) of Monroe, GA, Jeb Butcher (Em) of Social Circle, GA, Josiah Butcher of Chattanooga, TN, Abigail Langstaff (Burch) of Nashville, TN and Caleb Butcher of Nashville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Harper Connor, Luke Connor, Merritt Connor, Charlie Richardson, Murphy Richardson, Remi Satterfield, Elliett Satterfield, Sam Butcher, Henry Butcher and Lucy Butcher.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). The lying in state was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Summit Church (3080 Highway 81S, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
