He was predeceased by: his parent Vaneda Ayers; and his brother Clinton Ayers. He is survived by: his father Ralph Ayers; his wife Debbie; his children, Phillip (Jelyn), David and Christy; his grandchildren, Samantha and Tyler; his sister Rhonda (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Dolores and Connie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
