She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Thomas and Rubye Dalton (Wood). She is survived by: her husband Randall A. Witcher; her children, Jeff Witcher of Hampton and Sandra Wilson (Gordon) of Loganville; her siblings, Tom Dalton of Jersey, Marie Wilkerson (Larry) of Loganville, Jane Robinson of Good Hope and Carol Coker (Cliff) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Charley Bradford (Jean) of Social Circle and Kacey Wilson of Loganville; and her great grandchild Jessie Mae Owenby.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
