He was predeceased by: his stepfather Joseph Parrott. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Blancarte of Loganville; his children, Phillip (Amy Blancarte), Matthew Bearden of San Antonio, TX, Rebecca Bearden of Loganville and Allison Bearden of Loganville; his mother Martha Parrott of Loganville; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Christy Parrott of Hiram.
