He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin F. McIntosh and Janet McIntosh; his sisters, Bonnie Ijams and Judy McIntosh; and his grandson Benjamin McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, Steve McIntosh (Melody) of Windermere, Sue Kannapel (Keith) of Onancock, Virginia, Robert McIntosh (Debbie) of Loganville, Georgia and Cynthia Black of Nebraska City, Nebraska.; his grandsons, Jonathan, Garrett McIntosh (Steve), David, Michael Kannapel (Sue), Matthew and Michael McIntosh (Robert); his great grandchildren, Everett, Eden, Mason and Landon McIntosh; and his grandchildren, Chase and Cole Kannapel.
