He was predeceased by: his parents, Oland Harbin and Eunice Aldridge Harbin; his son Ricky Edward Harbin; and his stepmother Minnie Bell Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harbin; his children, Allen Harbin (Diane), Annette Warren (Jake), Darlene Wells, Michael Jackson "Harbin" (Patty), Angela Courington, Keith Harbin and Kimberly Harbin; and his siblings, Harold Harbin (Marsha), Shirley Suddeth, Sharon Hensley (Wayne), Jerry Harbin (Jewel), Linda Hopkins, Alan Harbin (Stephanie) and J. D. Harbin (Kathy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tom Wages Funeral Home (120 Scenic Hwy S, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Funeral Service - Lawrenceville (120 Scenic Hwy S, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
