He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bennett and Jessica Jane Causey (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Tracey Causey; his daughters, Candace Maddox and Aubrey Causey; his grandchildren, Jacob Maddox and Julia Maddox; and his siblings, Jane England (David), Sam Causey (Linda Sue), Virginia Causey and Patrick Causey. He is also survived by several nephews and niece.
