It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Posey Gene Whitesides in Loganville, Georgia, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Andy Gilbert Whitesides and Willie Tate Whitesides; his wife Mary Elizabeth Parker; and his daughter Debbie Alexander. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Stephanie Whifield (Tim) of Loganville, GA, Audrey Alexander of Loganville, GA and Zack Alexander (Amanda) of Ft. Lawn, SC; his great grandchildren, Riley Alexander, Aidan Alexander and Heather Vose (Dustin); and his great great grandchildren, Lyanna Vose and Kodie Fouts.
