He was predeceased by : his parents, L. D. Wheeler and Katherine Etheridge Wheeler; and his brother Ronald Rakestraw. He is survived by : his daughter Angie Brabson of Locust Grove, GA; his siblings, Gary Rakestraw and Gail Fraker of Monroe, GA; his sister-in-law Niki Rakestraw of Lawrenceville, GA; and his grandchildren, Mikey and Maddie Brabson. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
