He was predeceased by: his son Michael Winkler; his parents, Paul Jennings Winkler and Emma Winkler (Patterson); and his brother Fred Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Ann Winkler; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Philip Oviatt; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Heitner and Ethan Coleman; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Robert Heitner; his siblings, Jeannine Olson and Richard; and his sister-in-law Lois Winkler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
