She is survived by: her son Dwight Cook (Lynn) of Loganville; her grandchildren, Noah Cook (Libby) of Winder, Cooper Cook of Loganville and Tatum Cook of Valdosta; her great grandchildren, Lennon Cook of Winder and A. J. Cook of Winder; her siblings, Kaye Smith (Hal) of Eastman and Tony Burnham of Eastman; and her nephew Hank Burnham of Athens.
