He is survived by: his son Wayne; his daughter-in-law Christina Smith of Loganville; his daughter Crystal Lunsford of Loganville; the mother of his children Linda Sweatmon of Loganville; his grandchildren, Jacob Stephens, Hannah Smith, Terry Wayne Smith III, Chase Smith, Allie Lunsford, Brody Lunsford and Riley Smith; his brothers, Charles (Janice Smith), Allen (Peggy Smith), Mike (Lynnette Smith) and Roger (Pat Smith); and his sister-in-law MaryAnn Smith of Monroe.
