He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Dean Criswell and Mary Alice Puckett (Carlyle); and his brother Rocky Criswell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Criswell of Monroe; his fiancée Belinda Elizabeth Matthews of Loganville; his siblings, Marie (Michael McKinney), Alice (Ron Mann), Tony Criswell (Cyndi O'Kelley), Waymon Criswell of Snellville, Verlyn (Sue Criswell), Penny (Chris Watson), Loretta (Jim Criswell) and Marsha Criswell of Auburn; his stepchildren, Kimberly Petty of Monroe, Michelle Petty of Loganville, Dominic Jones of Loganville and Milen Matthews of Loganville; and his grandchildren, Austin, Mallory Parker of Monroe, Erica, Zack Brown of Monroe, Cheyenne Durden and Blake Davis of Monroe. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other family members.
