Shepman (Loganville, Georgia), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Karen Blair Shepman; his daughter Stephanie Anne Garmon; his grandson Zachary Thomas Allen Garmon; his sister Jenifer Goodman; and his sibling's children, Wiley Goodman, Austin Keeler, Dixie Stile and Allen Blair.
