He was predeceased by: his son Donnie Eugene Kelley; his parents, Ruben Lee Kelley and Annie Mae Kelley; and his siblings, Audrey D. Ginnery, Annie Ruth Hall, Wanda Sue Merck and Charles Edward Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Kelley; and his children, Patricia Gail Schell, Mary Deann Riddle (William Ray), Ronald Kelley and David Franklin Kelley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home (3150 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home & Cremation (3150 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084).
