He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Douglas and Francis Douglas; his siblings, Don, Larry Douglas and Shirley Larmer; and his grandson Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Parker Douglas; his children, Cecil (Dana), Jason (Katie), Adam (Rosie), Bill, Jr. (Lorraine) and Star (Brad); and his sisters, Pat (Dave), Peggy (Roger) and Linda (Ed). He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
