He is survived by: his significant other Laurie Butler King; his son Zachary John (Katherine); his grandchild Campbell Benjamin King; his daughter Hannah McCay Thomas (Borden); his grandchildren, Moses Butler, Haven Grace and Baby Thomas; his children, Elizabeth Ann King, Mary Mae King and Luke Butler King; his mother-in-law Ann Barber Butler; his siblings, Carla Jones, Mary Leslie (Paul), Lisa Rhodes and Gordon King, Jr. (Suzanne); and his aunt Dianne Crea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
