He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Manning and Bessie Louise Tanner Manning; and his siblings, Mildred Foskey, Luther Clinton Manning Jr. and James Manning.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sebrina Manning of Louisville and Kim (Bill Benton); his grandchildren, Kristen, Jim Thomas, William Manuel "Bo", Bridgette Benton and Samantha Benton; his great grandchildren, Eli Thomas, Rett Thomas and Laila Blocker; and his siblings, Russell Manning of Louisville and Jean (Bruce Stille). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many great-nieces & great-nephews, and a host of friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (401 W 8th St, Louisville, GA 30434). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home Chapel (401 W 8th St, Louisville, GA 30434). A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at the Louisville City Cemetery W. 8th (600-700 Academy Dr, Louisville, GA 30434).
