With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Don Johnson of Ludowici, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Long Johnson; his son Thurman Donald Johnson, II; and his granddaughters, Shirley Harter and Angela Mendez. He is survived by: his children, Regina Lynn Schearback (Vance) of Ludowici, Deborah Kay Harter (Drew) of Ludowici and Aaron Ray Johnson (Carol) of Midway; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Trey, Joe, Andrea, Vance II, Sheri, Semra and Shannah. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
