He was predeceased by : his former life partner Rosamunde Horn; his father Hamilton Horn; his son Allen Swindell; and his brother Wayne Horn. He is survived by : his wife Nellie Swindell Horn of Ludowici; his sons, Frank Horn and Todd Swindell (Trellice) of Ludowici; his stepmother Helen Horn of Pine Bluff, AR; his brother Kenny Horn (Pat) of Pine Bluff; and his great-niece Kristen Martin. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
