Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Amerson. She is survived by: her son Bob Amerson (Marcy); her grandson Brad Amerson (Chelsie); her sister Mary Nell Hemby; and her siblings-in-law, Ruby White, Bonnie Douglas, Wynette Brimer, Harvey Amerson (Denise), Melvin Amerson, Kennon Amerson (Jennifer) and Alfred Amerson (Brenda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Crescent Baptist Church.
