He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Carmichael Duncan; his parents, Keels Duncan and Nettie Dubose Duncan; and his granddaughter Shalynn Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Stafford (Bobby) of Ludowici; his granddaughter Dalancy Stafford of Ludowici; and his brothers, Stanley Duncan of Oak Ridge, TN and Mark Duncan of Liberty, KY. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
