Velma Mosley Obituary

Though Velma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Velma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Johnny Ryals and Ernest Mosley; her children, Margaret Ryals, Annette McSwain and Barry Ryals; and her brother Albert Young.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ada Johnson (Gene) of Brunswick, Jean Young, Minnie Young of Townsend and Robert Young (Lynette) of Townsend. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Townsend Church of God. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
