He was predeceased by : his parents, William Nevin Smith, Sr. and Mary Jane McIntosh Smith; and his sister Winona Smith Floyd. He is survived by : his wife Donnie Dunham Smith; his son David N. Smith (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cameron and Ansley Smith of Dunwoody, Georgia; and his daughter Maryann Smith of Isle.
