He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Wineinger and Maggie Mae Wineinger; his wife Geneva Wineinger; his daughter Kimberly Martin; his brother Dale; his daughter Gina Childers; his granddaughter Kerri Johnson; and his friend John Raden.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Jessica Martin; his great grandchildren, Jordan Martin and Aaron Wineinger; his extended family Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Opie, Scottie Echols, Charlie Campbell and Kayce Boggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, their children.
