Margie House Obituary

We announce the death of Margie House of Lula, Georgia, who passed away on July 16, 2026, at the age of 102. Margie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Dove and Nonie Dove (Abernathy); her daughter Faye Berry; her great grandchild Cambie Chambers; her great great grandchild Gracie Stancil; and her siblings, Thelma Benton, Billie Hewell Johnnie Gowder and Ed Dove.

She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her sons-in-law, Billy Westmoreland of Gillsville and Howell Berry of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Danny Berry (Pam) of Georgia, Todd Berry (Glenda) of Georgia and Karon Chambers (Stephanie McConnel). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren.
