It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Aaron Moore of Lula, Georgia, born in Gillsville, Georgia, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Moore and Minnie Hortense Miller Moore; and his siblings, J. D., Bob, Terry, Clyde, Albert, Junior, Ruby Nell Smith and Blonnie Davis.

He is survived by : his daughter Barbara Moore Duffee; his son-in-law Doug Duffee of Braselton; his daughters, Becky Moore Jarrard (Sherry Summerour) and Betty Moore Uriegas; his son-in-law Gabe Uriegas of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Mandy, Will Barnett, Ashley, Steve Mann, Chris, Kayla Duffee, Betsy, Ray Grunch and Tony Uriegas; his great grandchildren, Riley, Bea Grunch, Bailey and Brady Barnett; and his sisters, Bernice Harkins of Gainesville and Ann Moore of Gainesville.
