He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian David Wiley and Ruby Evelyn Wilson Wiley; and his brother Julian "Ray" Wiley. He is survived by: his brother Phillip; his sister-in-law Greta Wiley; his sister Miriam; and his brother-in-law Allen McElwaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 7345 Julian Wiley Rd, Lula, GA 30554. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Clemons Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.
