She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hardesty and Ruth Hardesty. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Harris; her children, Gina Mathis (Randy) and Shaun Harris (Amie); her grandchildren, Lindsey Chathrall (Yates), Heather Gibson (Chase) and Leslie Goree (Trey); and her great grandchildren, Katie Hutto, Kindon Cathrall and Saylor Gibson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lumpkin United Methodist Church (1681 Broad St, Lumpkin, GA 31815). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Lumpkin Northside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lumpkin United Methodist Church or Lumpkin Northside Cemetery.
