He was predeceased by : his grandparents, James, Anna Cochran, Reeves and Lucille Fowler; his aunt Annie Mae Adams; and his uncle James Cochran.

He is survived by : his parents, Jerry Wayne and Willie Faye Cochran Fowler; his son Andrew Fowler (Chloe Rosser); and also, Tabitha, Matthew Wright and Will Shepard.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 475 Cemetery Rd, Lyerly, GA 30730.
