Bobby Higgs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Higgs of Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his granddaughters, Rylee Faith Bloodworth and Gretchen Higgs; his parents, Olen Thomas Higgs and Adell Smith Higgs; and his siblings, Billy Higgs, Irwin "Peanut" Higgs, Grace Diddo, Shirley Brannon, Patsy Williams and Marie Beach.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Harden Higgs of Lyons; his children, Deborah Higgs Smoot (Taylor) of North Augusta, Shannon Higgs (Renae) of St. Augustine and Michael Anderson of Cedar Crossing; his siblings, Jessica Shaw of Seguin, Texas, Darell Higgs (Connie) of Lyons and Larry "Buddy" Higgs (Angela) of Aline; his grandchildren, Chad Higgs Rowland of Higgston, Nick Bloodworth of North Augusta, Skylar Bloodworth of North Augusta, Tanner Higgs of St. Augustine, Florida, Dakota Higgs of St. Augustine, Florida and Katie Smoot Jones (Glen) of Augusta; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Bloodworth of North Augusta and Brody Bloodworth of North Augusta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
