He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mize-Callaway; his daughters, Holly Callaway Edge (Sam), Christi Lyn Ballagh (Brian) and Sara Dale Callaway; his siblings, Carolyn Walsh, Wanda Fanning, Shelba Davis and Roy Davis; his brother-in-law Stephen M Sapp; his grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon, Katie, Kaylee, Ava, Brayden, Isabella, Presley, Jasper and Conor; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Aiden and Alaina.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Guido Evangelistic Association, Metter, Georgia, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
